NOTE:

  • Inculcate the habit of sending salad & fresh fruits, curd and water daily.
  • Number of chapattis can vary according to the appetite and age of the child.
  • Children need to bring proper lunch box along with salad every day.
  • Children should carry napkins to spread on table while eating.
  • Oily food items should be avoided.
  • Over stuffing of lunch boxes should not be done.
  • Avoid sending chutneys and pickles in the lunch box.
  • No liquids like juices, shakes etc. to be sent.
  • Send a fruit daily for fruit break.

Gurukul International is now an Eco-Friendly school;

  • No tiffin is to be sent in a polythene bag, use jute or cloth bag with immediate effect
  • Please do not use foil for wrapping chappatties, wrap chappatties in cloth.
  • Try to use steel tiffin.
